Focus Groups
We have honed our Zoom skills this year and can offer both in-person and online focus groups. We are especially skilled at offering untraditional focus groups in comfortable, more intimate settings. Groups are our most common methodology as they are both extremely insightful and efficient.
Individual Interviews
Otherwise known as IDI’s (in-depth interviews), individual interviews are a great option for sensitive topics requiring more depth and privacy. These moderated discussions typically take place in the context of the intersection of the brand and the customer’s life: at home, at work, or at play. But are also easily done with web enabled technology and over the phone.
Friendship Groups
Friendship groups are smaller moderated groups hosted in home allowing respondents to open up at a level they might not in a group of strangers. Friends also keep each other accountable to the truth and therefore offer a rich level of understanding.
Shopalongs
Observing purchase behavior in action can lead to new and different insights that might not otherwise come up in conversation.
Quantitative Research
Many projects benefit from a quantitative phase to help guide the qual. We offer everything from quick turn-key surveys to more in-depth data collection and analysis.
“Dana is the best moderator in the business - insightful, empathetic, curious. I’ve seen her work magic in groups on the toughest subjects. There is nobody I trust more for qualitative research.”
